And the A key on my keyboard is broken, it's a laptop so not like I can just swap it out right? I've looked at the key and there's nothing really wrong with it nothing's snapped off or broken, it's just not connected correctly and unfortunately, I can't figure out how to properly re-attach it, I'm toying with the idea of super glue... I know I have some...
Today I had an all day conference and was forced to either stand or sit in one of the most uncomfortable seats in the world, my whole left butt cheek and leg were sore when I got up. Anyway, the conference was pretty interesting, it was about the agency I work for (BOE) and where they see our future as far as technology is concerned. What I thought was most interesting though, was a question from one of my collegues. He asked something like this: 'With everyone saying last year we've run out of storage for all the information we have created, we live in a world of Wiki, and anyone can write a blog, etc, etc, doesn't this mean that the information is watered down, that the quality isn't as good as it once was'
That's when I start thinking to myself, that kind of makes sense. But then I think, no it's just we don't have a way to find what we're looking for, we use Google, which isn't content based right? Correct me if I'm wrong but that was my understanding. Well, it was kind of a highlight of my day, because I think I actually used my brain at work.
