Wow... ok so we're expecting. It seems like everyone's so optimistic, and I'm sort of not, in fact, I'm just praying that everything is alright. We didn't have the best luck last time, or the times before that, so we're hoping that it's our time, that we've really finally been blessed with another little baby.
I feel pregnant, really pregnant, I'm exhausted, I've got huge boobs, and my pants are feeling kinda tight, lol. I guess the thing is that we're just waiting for bad news, that we would love to be super excited and 100% happy but we've just been let down so many times before, it would be nice to just be able to be happy and not super worried.
So I had my first OB appointment, well it was just the OB nurse, and she gave me the 'folder' and the 'box' of baby stuff, and I kept thinking to myself, wow, she thinks everything is ok. I wish I could be like that, I kept my concerns to myself and just sort of nodded and got out of there. Mike came with, though I suppose he didn't need to, except for the fact that he is a way better parker than I am, and it's a totally crappy parking lot over there. Ok ok, back on track, I had to go get my blood drawn downstairs, and this lady stabbed the crap out of my arm, I look like a junkie now! Seriously, my arm is all bruised like I'm a drug addict, real attractive you know...
I have my next appointment soon enough, and I'll get my ultrasound and see if it's an actual viable pregnancy. We're just praying everything is ok, yeah I know I sound like a broke record huh? So this friday, we'll find out. Lets hope the next post is a happy one :)
